Tivkaa Emmanuel Aondoaver has great track records which includes Director of Operations, Food and Beverage Manager, General Manager, Assistant Food and Beverage Manager With companies like Spicery Hotel Group, InterContinental Hotels and Group, Lilygate Hotel Suits, DDJ Collection Hotel and Suites, Radisson Blu Anchorage Leisure where he also won the best Manager of the year award.

She has International general management training from highly profiled Hospitality Institutions. Pauline has been Part of Pre-opening team for 3- star, 4-star and 5-star Hotels.
